The party was held in the woods; we decorated the trees with pink garlands, and all the children ran and played with pretend fairies, ate fairy cakes, and did all the wonderful things that a child’s imagination allows them to do. 

The summer exhibition

Taking the painting to the RA was wonderful, yet a bit overwhelming – walking through the academy to hand in my painting is something I will never forget!
